Shandong Haoxin Qidi Auto Components Co., Ltd. was established in 2017 with a registered capital of 80 million yuan. The company is located in Haoxin Industrial Park, Changyi City, Weifang City. It is mainly engaged in the casting and processing of automobile-related parts. The total designed production capacity can reach 800 tons/month. The main products are turbocharger turbine casing, intermediate casing and engine exhaust pipe series. Covering gray cast iron, ductile iron, vermicular graphite iron, heat-resistant alloy cast iron and heat-resistant cast steel and other materials.
In 2018, our company launched a new project with an annual output of 4 million sets of turbocharger housings, with a total investment of 200 million yuan; and introduced a number of modern equipment to realize mechanization and automation of production (including Japan’s Mazak machining center, South Korea's Hyundai WIA machine tool, US inductotherm electric furnace, Japan Sinto Automatic pouring machine, Zeiss CMM, etc.); and established a cooperative relationship with Ningxia KOCEl and introduced 3D printers, which greatly shortened the product development cycle and cost.
At present, Qidi company has established a stable supporting supply relationship with Wuxi Cummins, Bosch Mahle and other large enterprise groups.
